Patrick Construction is primarily a custom home building company. We build homes from the 100k range up to and over 1 million. Because of our focus on quality and customer satisfaction, we do not build more than 12 homes per year. Our stock designs can be modified, or we will design and build to your specifications. Our years of experience, technical expertise, and constant education work together to give our customers a balanced mixture of short and long term cost savings, style, character, and quality in a home that fits their budget. Our goal is for every customer to enjoy the building process, and to be 100% satisfied with our company and work.
We offer a variety of energy efficient solutions, including: geothermal heat pumps, solar panels, autoclave concrete, high efficiency windows and doors, spray foam insulation, and efficient building practices as upgrades for all our projects.

This is a 3000 sq ft custom home in Hiawassee Ga. Some of the features of this home include:

Chestnut Mountain
This is 3,700 sf custom home with an attached 2 car garage. We designed this home based on the owners likes and wants. It is a 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bath with 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens, lots of rockwork and exposed beam structures inside.

This is a 2800 sf 3 bed 2 ½ bath home with an attached 2 car garage and a full unfinished basement. This is not our design, but we do have a build license for this home. It features round pillars, lots of crown moulding, chair rail, high ceilings, and arched doorways.

This is a 2400 sf 4 bed 3 ½ bath home with an attached 2 car garage and full unfinished basement. It has very high ceilings, 2 stacked bays, formal room and living room, chair rail, and wood trim. This is not our design, but we do have a build license.

This is a 1250 sf custom home we designed owner specific. It has a small 2 car garage attached, 1 bed and 1 ½ baths on the main floor, and 2 bed rooms and 1 bath in the basement.

This is a 1650 sf 2 bed 2 bath cabin. This is our most popular design. It features a full unfinished basement with drive under garage. It has 21 ft ceilings in the main area, a full height stacked stone fireplace, bay window, dormer, wrap around porches, porches off bed room on top level, wood trims and doors, wood ceilings, huge master suite with jetted tub.
Plott Road
This is a 1350 sf single level 3 bed 2 bath home. We designed this home handicap accessible home. It has a single car attached garage, nice porches, huge kitchen, stacked stone fireplace.
Beech Cove Road
This is a 2 bed, 2 bath Chalet on a full unfinished basement with a drive under garage. We designed this home to capture the view. It has wrap around porches, 21 ft high ceilings, wood accents and trim, stacked stone fireplace.
Hedgecock Road
This is our personal home, designed by us for us. It is 3300 sf with an attached 2 car garage, and a partial unfinished basement. This home features geothermal heating and cooling, insulation upgrades, central vacuum, 24 ft high ceilings, 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, crown moulding, office in home, play room over garage, and a formal dining room with tin tile ceilings.
